Question about Dry Cleaners Services Pick Up & Delivery
Do I need to separate or count my items?

No, we separate and count your items for you. For pickup and delivery customers, we do this at the store. If you would like additional peace of mind on this matter, we can provide you with small blue slips where you record your own count of clothing for us to cross reference.

Do I need to point out or mark stains?

No, we inspect every article of clothing 4 times for spots, stains, and imperfections. An inspection occurs (1) before the cleaning process, (2) after the cleaning process, (3) after pressing, and (4) during bagging. If there is a particular stain that you are concerned about, feel free to let us know about it to be extra sure that we will find it and remove it.

How long does it take for specialty services (e.g. blankets, alterations, etc.)?

About 1 week. Times may vary depending on what the item is, but generally this service takes one week. For pickup and delivery customers, 1 week = 2 pickup and delivery cycles (for example, drop off on Monday and delivered by the following Monday). Call: 561-235-8357

What if any item is damaged or missing?

We are fully responsible for your clothing the moment it is in our care to the moment it is out of our care. If anything should be damaged or go missing, which happens extremely rarely, we will cover the full cost along with a detailed explanation of what happened..

How do I get started with home/office pickup and delivery?

Give us a call or send us an email and we will get you started. The process: we let you know what days we stop by your area, you will let us know how often to stop by, and we will send you a free garment bag. On-call pickup and delivery – where we only stop by to pick up an order when you tell us to each time – are part of our normal operations, so there is no pressure whatsoever.

Is there a minimum order amount for this service?

Yes, we do have a minimum order policy of $20.00. Please understand that exceptions are almost never made because this may become easily exploitable.

What if I’m not available to accept a delivery in person?

We will leave the clothing in a designated area determined by you. Some people give us their garage code, some tell us to place the clothes in their backyard, and some just tell us to place the clothing on their front porch. The risk of someone stealing your clothes is quite low because clothing doesn’t fit everyone’s style or size.



What are the payment options for the pickup and delivery service?

After we pickup and clean your clothing, we deliver your clothing with an itemized invoice attachment.
Check: You may place your check inside of the garment bag along with your next pickup order. You can also mail us a check if you do not have plans to use our service again for a while.
Credit Card: You can give us your credit card information in a note with your order or by a phone conversation. Due to security concerns, credit card information through emails and/or voicemails will be ignored and deleted. We generally run all credit cards on a monthly basis and charge the full balance. If you prefer a different payment schedule, just let us know because we are flexible. And finally, your credit card information will be safe because we store the information in a database that never touches the internet.
Statements: We issue balance statements upon request. We also send out notifications for any outstanding balances that are at least 1 month overdue. No late fees will ever be assessed.
